The Ibero-American Data Protection Network (Red Iberoamericana de Protección de Datos) has approved guidance on processing and compliance of data in artificial intelligence. This regulatory analysis provides information on the impact of data protection regulation with regard to artificial intelligence and recommendations for the compliance of data protection in artificial intelligence projects in Ibero-American members. This analysis also reviews the approaches of other authorities around the world and how they have been developing data protection rights on artificial intelligence.
