U.S. Supreme Court Rules Against Consumer Watchdog's Leadership Model

The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's leadership structure violates separation of powers principles, and therefore is unconstitutional, but stopped short of invalidating the agency itself.
