Liechtenstein Blockchain Act (Token and Trusted Technology Service Provider Act)

On January 1, 2020, the Token and Trusted Technology Service Providers Act (TTTL, but referred to as TVTG in German) on transaction systems based on trusted technologies, also known as the Blockchain Act, which the Liechtenstein Parliament approved on October 4, 2019, and the associated Ordinance on Tokens and TT Service Providers (TVTV) and guidance, entered into force.
