Bitcoin Mixer Fined $60m For AML Breaches

The U.S. Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) has slapped a $60m fine on Larry Dean Harmon after finding that he operated convertible virtual currency “mixers,” or “tumblers,” through his businesses, Helix and Coin Ninja.
